Marianna Penna
Laurea (Italian Degree) in Economics – MCIoJ – Italian Journalist

Marianna Penna is the Marketing Director of i-xcellence and started her International Marketing and Communications career in 2001 in London as a business manager dealing with Italian Clients.

After a period of freelance consultancy in 2006 Marianna set up her own company in the UK, NPHI limited, which operates in Italy and the UK to utilise her experience to expand Italian brands and companies into the UK and worldwide marketplace. She developed her experience by working with luxury brands such as Dunhill, Mumm Champagne, Rotaract, Riva and the beauty company GTS Group. She ran event management campaigns in Italy developing the skill set required for positioning and managing luxury brands, such as Dibi-Center and Mercedes.

She was also Editorial Director of the Italian edition of GRAB, the free university student magazine expanded worldwide from a UK format, adapting the magazine to the Italian market and overseeing the launch strategically. It was a real marketing and communication success by involving the audience and generating national exposure. This provided her with experience to deal with the challenges of launching a foreign product in another territory.


Eric Schneider BA AADipl MBA RIBA

Eric is the founder and CEO of Experience Excellence ( - who are consumer experience strategists and designers. Eric has a background as both an architect and a management consultant specialising in strategy and managing creativity.

He passionately believes that in today's highly competitive, rapidly evolving, internet driven markets, effectively designing and managing the total consumer experience so that makes a positive emotional impact provides one of the few ways of achieving genuine differentiation, winning and retaining loyal customers, and having them enthuse about you to others.

His company Experience Excellence addresses all aspects of the physical, person to person and online experience and works with companies to ensure that their internal organisation is also aligned to consistently deliver compelling experiences.


Davide Diurisi

Davide Diurisi is managing director at MITO Business Consulting Srl, a marketing service company. He is also an experienced project manager in Marketing Strategy and ICT business planning, with extensive experience in diverse businesses including local development, food & beverage, fashion and cultural events.

Educated in European Business Administration in London, in 1996 he started creating an associated professional organization in 1998 (Studio Associato D&L) driving the international business department, which then developed in MITO Srl.

Davide is the manager and founder of MITO, a former trainer in E-Business strategy and marketing and part of International Group Operations responsible for companies and business groups. He is able to act as business development consultant on the Italian and the international market and also experienced in the new media marketing & communication management, In which he focused on the UK market.

He has a chair in Digital Marketing at the LUM Jean Monnet University and is a former expert on the chairs of international marketing, marketing for law firms and local marketing.

Davide is also a trainer in Business administration and Marketing & communication for post-graduates / Sme internazionalization / Spin-Off and business start-ups and development. He has also provided training to the public sector for entrepreneurs in international marketing, strategic management programs and E-Business projects tasks.

Thierry Thierry Bayle

Set up in 1993, the Founder of Global Fashion Management , Thierry Bayle, has over 18 years of experience in Fashion and has worked with brands such as Calvin Klein, DVF, Hartford, Iceberg, Kenzo, Lipsy, Mina UK, Monnalisa, Moschino, Versace. Today, GFM works with brands and retailers as well as UK Trade & Investment and Trade Shows (Autumn Fair, Bubble, Moda UK, Pure ).

He is a fashion business consultant offering advice and solutions for brands and retailers looking to improve the profitability of their business, working alongside the clients to implement those solutions. Clients will benefit from a truly international experience (USA, Europe and Asia ) as well as a holistic approach from products, sales, marketing, management, finance and logistics.
