Junior Marketing Assistant to assist the Marketing Director of i-xcellence across all disciplines of marketing strategy and the implementation of these strategies. You will gain valuable experience in handling, assisting and designing marketing strategies for luxury goods and implement real word techniques whilst building on your knowledge of marketing techniques. You will experience all of this while working in a relaxed, friendly business environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Media Contact Research – looking for and researching various media outlets to promote i-xcellence
  • Contacting various media outlets to discuss and negotiate advertising opportunities
  • Drafting and Reviewing Press Releases
  • Setting up and Managing Social Media Accounts for i-xcellence
  • Online PR- Promoting i-xcellence through a variety of online PR Techniques.
  • Assisting with i-xcellence’s collective marketing and promotional marketing programme.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Self Starter – A highly motivated individual that does not need a lot of guidance
  • Computer Literate – Experience with major business applications
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills – The ability to be able to communicate your point clearly and precisely is paramount
  • A-level or Degree Education preferred.

Account Manager to work closely with the i-xcellence marketing team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to identify potential opportunities within or related to the project. The AM will report directly to the Marketing Director providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. As an Account Manager you will serve as business contact for the client and will be responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within i-xcellence.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Marketing Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Prepare and make report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the i-xcellence team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and i-xcellence team, to provide strong representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding of i-xcellence capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Desired Skills & Experience :
  • Proven Account Management skills required
  • Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Computer Literate – Experience with major business applications
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and team work
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • A-level and Degree Education preferred.
